About Us
Al Fatemi Mint was founded in Dallas, TX in 2013 upon the issue of its inaugural release to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of His Holiness Dr. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA). Since then, the mint continues to create exquisite Proof coin collections commemorating the rich culture and history of the Dawoodi Bohra Islamic community.
The organization was founded by and is currently headed by Aliasgar Poonawala, who along with a small team of perfectionists, heads the day to day operations of the mint.

Our Releases
Al Fatemi Mint issues two limited edition releases each year. The very first coin struck of each release is assigned serial #001 and is presented to Syedna Aali Qadr Muffadal Saifuddin (TUS).
Releases are highly coveted and do not follow any particular time table. They are announced via our exclusive mailing list and collectors are given the opportunity to reserve coins during a pre-sale period until quantities last. Al Fatemi Mint does not sell coins outside of its pre-sale period. Collectors are encouraged to get on our mailing list to be notified about our upcoming releases.
